I love coming to Capital to see Nicole @ Picardy location! She’s informative and always offering invaluable information. Not everyone researches like she does. 100% I take her recommendations every single time. Prices a little higher than I would like but she makes it easy to understand.

Just recently switched my prescription to here. Ive had a so-so experience. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is nearly impossible even with all the employees working. Prices are high but thats most of LA mmj. Employees were nice. I loved having a sheet with everything listed in stock and what they can be used to treat. Made it easy to select something. Hoping communication gets better. Wait time was short for a Saturday, the day before 4/20. Plus they have loyalty rewards. Oh, pay with cash. They round up to the nearest $5 and then charge an additional fee on top of that if you use a debit card.

Capitol Wellness Solutions has the BEST staff, hands down. Nicole has literally been helping me since day one! She’s always so patient, so sweet, and somehow manages to stay kind and attentive even on the busiest, most stressful days. Today I met Mike for the first time, and he was just as incredible. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with one of my batteries, and did it with so much kindness. Honestly, the whole team here is amazing. The girls always lift me up with compliments on my nails or just by asking how life is going. The customer service is so genuine and warm, sometimes I wonder if I’m there to shop or just to hang out with them! Capitol Wellness has set the bar SO high for what great service should feel like.

Caretaker posting for a patient using Capitol Wellness as their dispensary. After being overmedicated for years, it was a breath a fresh air for him to use the tinctures and edibles. He's now off of all of the narcotics, and several other medications going from thirteen prescriptions, down to 4. And 1 of those is to try to help the stomach issues he has now, due to the multiple medications he was on. The ppl at CW were very patient explaining the proper use and what medication would work best for him. They are all friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Now if Louisiana can just get on board with national average prices!! We are paying 4 times the amount as other states.
